How do I receive my pattern after purchase?
All patterns are instant digital downloads. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link by email, and you can also access your file directly from your PayPal receipt page.
What format are the patterns in?
All patterns are delivered as PDF files, which you can view on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print at home.
What skill level do I need?
Each pattern lists its skill level (Beginner, Beginner-Intermediate, or Intermediate) in the product description, along with the stitches and techniques used.
Do you ship physical items?
No — all our listings are for digital PDF patterns only. No physical product is shipped.
What if I have trouble with a pattern?

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Our patterns are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the pattern files themselves is not permitted. Selling handmade items made from the pattern is generally fine — feel free to reach out if you have questions about a specific pattern.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our patterns are instant digital downloads, we’re unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
